Emma Watson

A few days ago Fashion's Not A Hobby It's A Lifestyle posted some pictures of Emma Watson from the Burberry & Vanity Fair Portraits VIP event. I'm impressed! Looks like sweet little Hermoine has turned into a stylish lady. To be honest I've never been a big fan of her, but she does look great in these pictures...

Edit: got a wonderful comment today -had to share!
Ashe Mischief said... I love seeing someone so young who is willing to be so bold, daring, and innovative in her fashion-- all while still looking respectable. It's always a great concern of mine with two nieces, and Emma Watson is a great icon and role model for younger women (and older) in fashion.

I agree with ashe mischief.

It's cool that Ms. Watson can try things nobody her age would dare to try, for fear of making a "mistake." She'll be remembered, no matter what. I wish I had her guts. And stylist!

she is gorgeous! my only complaint was that she was TOO gorgoeus to play hermione granger!

love love love Ms. Watson: an up an coming style icon I say!

Mmmmm, this time I will have to disagree...I think she dresses a bit too old for her age. Of course I am not advocating pink tracksuits, but I think she is a bit of an inverted mutton case!

WOW she looks amazing it's good to see her dressing so well!

<3 she's so stylish!

How I see it, she has blossomed into a beautiful lady that, while meaning to be sexy is not willing to treat the eye with too much. I love that in a woman.

Emma look great in these pics, it's very interesting to see her style grow up and develop. Still, after Harry Potter I think it will be tough to take in any other role that she does: somehow she's so... Hermione

ooohhh luvvv her <3

Sorry, sum outfits just look too big and ridiculous to me. I really like her, but she has to "grow" in some of the items.

I love that she mostly dresses in age appropriate clothes, and doesn't try to be too sexy. She certainly is no pop tart!

aschlee said...

Yeah I agree not a huge fan, but she pulls off these outfits quite nicely.

blimey, how grown up does she look in the pictures at the top! new brown hair?

It's amazing what a good stylist can do!

You posted a little while ago about looking for a top with stripes... I saw this and it reminded me:
http://www.shoptommy.com/tommy/browse/productDetailWithPicker.jsp?productId=1M80328601&categoryId=1M03&parentCategoryId=1M
they also have one with varying stripes:

sort of random i guess :p

She's got great red-carpet style!! Always going for beautiful dresses

Her style has developped so much since the first Harry Potter movie. I can't say I really like her that much, but she is definitely not bad and makes some interesting outfit choices.

I adore Emma Watson and her style evolution. She does take fashion risks, but she always look "age appropriate" or perhaps just not like a tramp...

Gem said...

Hmm, the clothes are good, but she looks TOO styled for me.. She kinda looks like the clothes are wearing her, rather than the other way round. My boyfriend adores her so I'm naturally a bit anti-emma. How immature! :)

I think she's certainly improved a lot style wise, but I still think some of her choice are a little to old for a girl her age!

She's grown up a lot and so has her style. I like her look.

I am such an Emma Fan. She's got great fashion sense. As in she wears a lot of chanel! :-)

Jenifa said...

It's lovely that she dresses beyond her age. It belies her reserve and honesty, as I project. BC it's true she does appear to be a pretty girl to whom KL gives Chanel pieces to, and what a distinction!

Spill it!
